New Clio Sport Tourer

Kangoo Van Compact

Renault is strengthening its number one status in the European LCV segment with the launch of its New Kangoo Van Compact, a new concept in the commercial vehicles sector, designed for urban driving.

Unveiled at the start of the European Road Transport Show in Amsterdam last week, this agile, compact and stylish compact van shares the key strengths of its larger New Kangoo Van sibling, as well as its distinctive personality. It uses space particularly efficiently, with a maximum load capacity of between 2.3 and 2.9m³ (depending on version) from an overall length of just 3.83m.

Koleos Concept

Designed in collaboration with engineering partner Nissan, the Freelander sized motor makes extensive use of the Japanese firm’s 4x4 knowledge. Providing the power will be a 2.0-litre dCi engine that utilises the latest variable nozzle turbo technology. Interior space is claimed to match that of a compact-MPV. While it’s still billed as a concept, the Koleos will appear in showroom ready form in 2008.

Clio Sports Tourer

Clio Sport Tourer is firmly focused on leisure pursuits and strikes a perfect balance between sleek design, with its angled rear screen, and spaciousness, with the generous volumes of its luggage area (439 litres). At 4.2 metres in length, it is a compact vehicle that builds on the strengths of Clio III in terms of driving pleasure, interior space, comfort and safety.

Clio Sport Tourer goes on sale in the UK in Spring 2008. Full details will be released nearer launch.

Kangoo Compact Concept

Its expressive, robust lines are emphasised by its special two-tone colour scheme that blends Fireball Orange and Brushed Aluminium. The cabin, which floods with light, is made to be shared with friends. Roomy and fun, Kangoo Compact Concept focuses firmly on the pursuit of leisure and the outdoor life. Built around a roller-skating theme, the car was developed in partnership with Rollerblade, and inspired by the shared values of mobility, togetherness and lust for life.

Grand Modus & Modus

Grand Modus features harmonious, distinctive looks that elegantly exploit its longer wheelbase (+93mm) and larger quarter-lights, while its overall length of 4,034mm ensures that it has all the benefits of an MPV. Its boot is amongst the biggest of its category (410 litres VDA) and its three-seat, sliding 60-40 split-folding rear seat, plus its bright, functional cabin and plethora of smart storage spaces permit Grand Modus to pave the way for a host of family uses.

New Modus (3,874mm) combines compact dimensions and city car agility with an elegant new design and benchmark comfort. Grand Modus and New Modus will be produced at Valladolid, Spain, and will go on sale from February 2008.
